Every Golden Rose Co. creation is custom-made for you. Orders begin with a request through our website, followed by a consultation to discuss your event, design ideas, flavors, and quantities.

To protect the quality of every order, we accept a limited number of bookings each week. Availability is confirmed when your order is booked.

Because every order is custom, pricing varies with design detail, quantity, and complexity. You'll receive a written quote after your consultation — no work is scheduled until you approve it.

Your event date is reserved when your deposit is received and your quote is accepted. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery. Payment details are provided at booking.

Custom orders require advance notice, and our calendar fills quickly around holidays, graduation, and wedding season. Submit your request as early as possible — we can't guarantee availability for short-notice orders.

Design changes are welcome up until production begins on your order. Once decorating is underway, changes may not be possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible — we'll always do our best to work with you.

Pickup is by appointment so every order is handed over fresh and on time. Delivery is available throughout the DFW Metroplex for an additional fee. Orders must be received by an adult, and we recommend heading straight to your event with your order.

Everything is baked to order. Care instructions are included with every order — follow them and your treats will stay beautiful. If anything about your order isn't right when you receive it, contact us right away.

Our kitchen works with common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. We take care with every order but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please share any allergies during your consultation.

We love sharing our work! Completed orders may appear on our website and social media. If you'd prefer your order not be featured, just let us know — we'll respect it.
